The development is currently under construction with the first units becoming available approximately May 1, 2024. Located in a desirable area this development is in close proximity to grocery stores, gas stations, and Missouri Baptist Hospital.
Each unit interior comes finished with a full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer hook-ups, walk-in shower with grab bars, vinyl plank flooring throughout, and oversize interior doors. You will also enjoy our energy efficient air/heat units.
Exterior finishes include LP siding adding a high end finish to all the units. Each resident has their own private large back patio and access to our community dog park.
This unit requires a 1 year lease agreement to be signed. The monthly lease rate is $725. The security deposit is $725. This complex does allow pets pending management's approval. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee to be paid at the time of signing the lease and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet.
