Each Tenant must have:

Good credit (minimum FICO score of 660+) and reliable employment history ( >6 months)

Income 2.5x the rent.

Proof of funds (Copy of the last two months bank statement)

Good rental history (no evictions filed, criminal activity, or complaints)

Complete and signed application with color copy of drivers license or passport
