Basically I'm looking to give people a place to rebuild thier lives. I've been kicked in the teeth by life, so I know how hard it can be to get all your ducks back in a row. So applicants need thier own transportation, and a stable income.
That being said, I am NOT putting my family in danger, just to be charitable! So if you have drug problems, a serious criminal record, or are just a self-righteous jerk...don't bother applying.
