The house is getting very close to move in ready thus we are starting to market it. We will have trim to install around the floor. The kitchen needs appliances put in, some painting, cleaning and handles put on the cabinets. The stairs still have some painting to be done. The yard has work that will need to be done in the spring when weather allows. It is easiest to explain the project when we are showing the house. We will be taking out the decking currently there and adding a concrete pad and concrete steps.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage house. Right away when you enter the house from the front porch there is a sitting room where the stairs are located. Next is a large living room and a large dining room. The dining room leads to the main floor bedroom which has a private bathroom and closet. The kitchen is a nice open room, it also has the laundry area. The door to the back yard is also located in the kitchen. Upstairs is two bedrooms with large closets and the second full bathroom.
The backyard is nicely shaded and fully fenced in.
There is an insulated two car garage which has a concrete driveway leading up to it.
There is central heating and air conditioning in the house.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
Pets are allowed with a $750 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal added onto the monthly rent.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
