Next to the kitchen, the dining room is ready for gatherings.

The main bedroom on the ground floor faces a privacy-fenced backyard. It has a en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, solid surface counters, and a large walk-in closet.

A screened porch off the dining room overlooks a landscaped yard with a swing and horseshoe pit, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The property comes with a washer/dryer, new flooring, and fresh paint, making it ready for new occupants.

We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider 1 pet {under 35 lbs}. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee.

We charge a lease preparation fee of $75 before move-in. If you have a pet, there is an additional per-pet application charge administered by a third-party pet screening tool.

Other Tenant Charges: The tenant is responsible for all utilities. The pet must be approved. Pet fee applies. A lease prep fee of $75 is due at lease signing.
