Move-in date can be flexible. Lease currently set for August 12, 2024 - July 20, 2025. Community Fee of $75-100/person/month to include all utilities (water, electric, trash, gas, internet). You dont have to deal with splitting up all those expenses -- itll be handled for you! Deposit amounting to $16,500 due within 3 days of lease signing.
