6 months available too. Seasonal rates apply. Amazing 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Zephyrhills. One adult must be 55+ with some exceptions, This is a Resort style community with tons of amenities! Included: Newly installed AC central air and heat, hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, newly painted, new stackable front loaders located in laundry room with storage cabinet, updated bathroom, lighting and electrical, outside porch and chairs to have morning coffee, clubhouse with parties and dancing, 2pools, (one is heated) hot tub, BBq pit, yard, and band pavilion, bathhouse/showers, billiards, horseshoes, recreation hall, dog parks, pool table, bingo, tennis, place to wash car etc. Utilities include: water/trash and lawn care

Six-twelve month leases are available. Application Fee is done through [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] The cost is 55.00 and includes credit, criminal and eviction background checks. An application fee for the Resort is also required and it is 40.00 to process. Monthly rent is $1375 security deposit $950, one pet non-refundable fee $300.

We prefer to see the pet in person. Pets must be friendly. Please submit the application forms on this page

Upon arrival pls stop at Sweetwater Park RV and Resort office to provide, if applicable, a current pet shot records, ID for each tenant, and vehicle registration for a car pass. There is a one page sublet form for guest and owner to fill out for the the park (a second form is required only for stays 6 months and longer). Guest fill out the top part of the page, I fill out the bottom part. Once completed, I will email it back to the park.

I keep the home clean, and I would expect the guest to do the same. The house is unfurnished. Thank you
