Your third bedroom has a queen-size bed and also shares the ocean side deck.
You will also find the washer and dryer on this level.
One level above, you will find your full kitchen and dining room with waterfront views of the marsh. Your living room houses a sectional sofa, love seat, soft side chair, coffee table, TV, and a selection of board games and books for your convenience.
Your waterfront sun deck is a perfect spot to view the sunsets over Stump Sound, with a cushioned all-weather seating vignette for your comfort.
You will find a queen-sized bedroom suite on this level with shared access to the ensuite bath. And another side balcony to give you easy access to the outside.
