All approved applicants must enroll in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) as part of their lease agreement. This package includes, credit building, up to $1 million in Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery for eligible properties, move-in concierge service to easily set up utilities and home services during your move-in, our top-notch resident rewards program, on-demand pest control, and other benefits!

To secure the property, a holding deposit is required within 24 hours of application approval, and renters' insurance is mandatory before taking possession.
