We are proud to be a pet-friendly community. You're welcome to bring up to 2 pets with you to your new home. However, please note that there is a strict weight limit of 25 lbs. for dogs. To accommodate your furry friends, we require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 per animal. The great news is that we do not charge any additional pet rent!
As our tenant, your responsibilities are kept simple and manageable. You are only responsible for electricity, and gas, while we take care of water and sewage expenses. We aim to make your living experience as hassle-free as possible.
Please note that there is NO parking available with this apartment.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
DEPOSIT:
A Security deposit in the form of a check or money order that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
NO SMOKING allowed in the apartment.
The tenant is responsible for Gas & Electricity, Landlord pays for Water/ sewage.
There is a $30 application fee, we will be running a CREDIT and BACKGROUND check on every individual living in the apartment.
Applicants must have no criminal record and have a credit score of 700 or higher.
A Security deposit that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
