Located in the town of Saint Cloud 20 miles east of Disney’s front gate with easy
access to Orlando International Airport 19 miles and Orlando’s Medical City 14 miles via Narcoosee Road and Just 3 miles from the Florida Turnpike and 5 blocks from Tohopekaliga East Lake Beach.
Designed and built by me with green in mind, centrally located away from the crowds. The home is a U shape and sits on 2.5 acres, on the south end is the main house, and on the west is the guest house. Built of solid concert including the roof, with energy efficient windows, and solar heated pool.
The guesthouse has two private entrances and opens to a 1,600’ cover patio overlooking the interior tropical garden and solar heated pool. Just outside the guest house is the laundry room. I have 3 dogs but they are not allowed in the Lanie, courtyard or pool area, they have 2 acres outside where they can run around.
