Large master bedroom with private bath in serene neighborhood

Very large master bedroom with lots of light and direct access to the deck. Large full bathroom ensuite. Shared living room with fireplace and kitchen. Shared deck. Shared laundry room.

A small pet would be okay. All utilities, including internet access, are charged at a flat fee. Non-smoking property.

Extremely quiet, safe, rural neighborhood in wine and horse country. Regular visits from deer, rabbits, songbirds, and nightly stargazing are included. Wild turkeys, hawks, and falcons show up periodically. Minutes from shopping, trains, and entertainment - miles away from city stress.

There are a total of three roomies (two very quiet males already live in the other two rooms). These three roomies are the only ones using the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck.

We (the owners) are friendly, caring people and live next door to the house. Utilities, Cable, Internet Access, Water, Garbage, and Access to Laundry & Common Area are shared amongst all tenants.
