Bedroom with lots of light, hardwood floor (150 sqft). Full bathroom shared with one roomie. Nice size closet. Furnished or unfurnished. A small pet would be okay.

Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Shared deck.

Extremely quiet, safe, rural neighborhood in wine and horse country. Regular visits from deer, rabbits, songbirds, and nightly stargazing are included. Wild turkeys, hawks, and falcons show up periodically. Minutes from shopping, trains, and entertainment.

There are a total of three roomies. Very quiet male lives in the other bedroom sharing this bathroom. A second male lives in the master bedroom with its private bathroom. These three roomies are the only ones using the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck.

We (the owners) are friendly, caring people.

Utilities, Cable, Internet Access, Water, Garbage, and Access to Laundry & Common Area are shared amongst all tenants. The utilities are charged at a flat fee.
