The main level features a private king suite and a large deck overlooking the lake, while the walkout lower level includes a second king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, family room, and direct access to a patio with outdoor seating and pellet grill.
Designed for extended comfort, the home includes a full 5-piece primary bath with soaking tub, SMART TVs, games, books, and in-home entertainment.
Guests can enjoy provided kayaks, bikes, a seasonal dock, and a lakeside fire pit, all just 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown Traverse City and the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. Two small dogs welcome. Perfect for professionals, equestrian guests, or anyone seeking a quiet long-term Northern Michigan retreat close to trails, parks, and nature.
Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted.
- Two small dogs are okay upon approval. (2 max)
- $150 Non-refundable pet fee per pet
- A security deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required for reservations longer than 120 nights.
- Safely Damage Insurance is required and non-refundable for reservations less than 120 nights. Cost is between $299-$479 depending on the length of stay.
- Non-refundable cleaning fee $350
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Utilities and lawn care are included.
- Photo ID and a major credit card are required to book and pay for an extended stay reservation.
- Reservation is to be paid in full prior to check-in.
