$695 - 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment In Copperas Cove

Updated 2-bed 1-bath apartment available in Copperas Cove. The building is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and public library. Fort Cavazos is about 10 miles away. There is a large parking area on property. A minimum 12-month lease is required. A refundable security deposit equal to 1-months rent is due upon signing of lease. Small dogs and cats will be considered. Pet rent is $25 per month, per animal (if applicable). Tenant screening (including eviction report, as well as credit and background checks) is required by each adult applicant, age 18+. Zillow applications are accepted. Listing photos are representative of the unit being offered. The unit available is a 2-bedroom/1-bath property similar to the pictures in this listing, but the orientation and condition may be different. In-person showings of the actual unit are available to qualified applicants.

Tenant pays all utility costs for their individual unit. A monthly trash fee of $35 is due to Landlord with rent payment. Any bulk pick-up or excess trash are not included in this fee, and may incur additional charges by trash company. Each unit has one on-site parking space. Pets are considered, for an additional pet rent of $25 per animal per month.

Applicants must meet the minimum qualification standards listed below to be considered:

*Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.

*Applicants monthly household income should exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.

*Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.

*Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.

*Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score should be a minimum of 600.

*A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicants background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.

*Applicant must be a non-smoker.

*Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.

At landlords discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.
