• Deposit is fully refundable after cleaning, patch/paint, carpet cleaning, or any other services required for damages as a result of your tenancy.
LEASE INITIATION FEE (One-Time): $150

APPLICATION PROCESS/CRITERIA:
• $40 fee per adult 18+.

• Will required photo of each applicant's State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
