Fully equipped and just 3 miles from Flintfields and Meijer, Deepwater Point is your stylish summer-long escape. 30-day minimum stay required.
Rental Terms:
-Terms and rates vary depending on the length of rental and the exact months.
-No smoking is allowed.
-All utilities included.
-One small dogs are permitted with owner approval. $150 non-refundable pet fee.
-$300 cleaning fee.
-Non-refundable damage insurance is required for up to 120 nights. ($299-$479)
-Refundable security deposit required for over 120 nights. (1 month's rent)
-5% booking fee.
