Ac filters changed monthly.The floors are concrete and therefore very slippery when wet. The toilet in the basement is a grinder toilet. NOTHING but toilet paper can be used.
The whole house is on a septic. Drop one additive left by the owners in the toilet and flush once a month.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of applying
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
