Awesome location. Directly behind the Chester Creek Cafe and near VIP Pizza and UMD. A high-efficiency gas furnace helps keeps the heating costs down along with a gas stove and water heater.
Ideal resident(s) have excellent credit and rental history and make at least 3 times the rent that can be verified. You will also have to pass a background check. The fee is $40 per adult. Will consider a co-signor for students.
