No pets permitted.
All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days.
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $199.
This industrial modern space boasts two intentional workspaces and lots of storage!
Kitchen is stocked with: dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, dish soap/sponge, hand soap, garbage bags, fire extinguisher, cleaning solution, cleaning rags, kitchen hand towels, oven mitts, leftover containers, coffee pot, toaster, knives, cutting board, and coffee.
Bathroom is stocked with: hand soap, towels, garbage bags, hair dryer, and first aid kit.
Mattress has mattress protector and pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay to ensure CLEAN and SAFE sleeping quarters.
