Looking for a month to month furnished rental? This is your house!
The Ada House provides you with your home away from home. Our goal has been to create a space that gives the guest both a sense of luxury as well as comfort.
The home has beautiful, brand new, oak colored floors that give it a warm welcoming feel throughout the entire house.
The kitchen is stocked with all new appliances to meet your every need -- microwave, toaster, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, pour over set, and more! This kitchen will be a place where you can unwind and enjoy your own home cooked meals or some great local takeout.
In the living room you will find a cozy Article sofa where you can kick back and enjoy all of your favorite TV shows on our 55 Smart Frame TV.
Each bedroom boasts a King size bed fitted with the softest sheets and duvet. The room darkening curtains and the soft King beds will be begging you to sleep in!
In the back of the house is our 3rd bedroom that has a dedicated workspace where you can accomplish all of your professional and creative dreams. The room also has a beautiful white futon for you to relax and unwind or use as an extra place to sleep.
Each bathroom feels elevated and welcoming - the perfect place for you to get ready each morning or soak in the tub after work. In the back yard you will have a nice, shaded back deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, read a book in the afternoon, or let your little ones run around and play. The yard has plenty of space to use as you need it.
One of the greatest features of The Ada House is our location. We are right in the heart of Ada providing you with easy access to restaurants, fast food, coffee shops, and the beloved Main Street shopping scene. Not only will you have all of that, you will be just a short drive from wherever you need to be in town - whether it is the hospitals, ECU campus, or any of the administrative buildings in town - we are right in the center of it all.
Staying in The Ada House will be a home away from home. But not just any home, a luxurious, comfortable, clean home that provides you with everything you need!
This is a FULLY FURNISHED home with all bills paid. We are looking to host traveling professionals (nurses, doctors, teachers, etc.) for a mid-term lease. We offer a lease for anywhere between 1 month and 1 year.
No smoking. Pets can be discussed but there will be a non-refundable $400 deposit and an additional $50/month. There will be a refundable security deposit equal to one months rent.
