The idea is to give someone who needs either a short-term place to crash in Billings, or a place they can use to save up for a home of thier own, a place to do it. Once the 6 month term is up, the lease goes to month-by-month, to help with that.
However, me and my family live here in the other rooms, so we are NOT taking someone we haven't met! I'm not risking my family's safety, no matter HOW charitable I am wanting to be.
Plus, I'm allergic to drugs and alcohol, even tobacco. So we can't have a heavy drinker, smoker/vaper, or drug user [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] damn FACE will melt.
And yes, I have been wanting to get drunk my entire life, lol.
