Application Fee is $50- If approved your application is good for 6 months and can transferred to another property of similar value, at no additional charge.
Please note: There is a $100 processing fee for all assistance programs once the application is approved. The processing fee will be used towards your first month's rent once all documents are approved and move-in occurs. If move-in falls through the $100 processing fee is non-refundable. This includes Section 8, Graham Housing, HUD, Vaya, Community Link, etc.
