All of our services are in-house so we our speedier at getting to your maintenance needs. Core 3 was founded by Mike Hundman and Ken Verkler in 2010, who discovered something was missing in the development and management of their own real estate investments. They decided to create a company designed for investors who didn't have the time to manage, build/remodel or maintain their own property. 

Mike and Ken started Core 3 with the vision to be a full-service provider for all real estate related needs. Mark Fetzer became a partner in 2014, after managing the operations of Core 3 since its founding.

Today, we have offices in Bloomington, Peoria and Springfield, Illinois, and we currently manage residential units, commercial space, and home associations.
