Welcome to Greenleaf! We have available a nice, clean one bedroom with no stairs. All of our apartment homes have private entrances and come equipped with air conditioning, stove and refrigerator. There is extra storage in the attic. The grounds are well-kept so you can enjoy a park-like setting. The only utility in your name would be electric, as water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. No need to find a outside maintenance or laundry, as we have a attentive full-time maintenance staff and a laundry room onsite!
Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT. All service and enclosed animals are welcome as well with no fees attached. We do not accept dogs as pets.
Qualifications:
Applicants MUST have no evictions or housing related collections. They also must pass credit/background check and show 24 months of verified income. There are three ways to get an approved application, applicants must fit at least one of the following criteria:
Credit: You must have a 620+ score, 2 currently open credit lines (auto loan, credit card, rent payment reporting system etc.) and at least 12 months of history.
Landlord reference: You must have 12 months of recorded on-time payments from a verifiable (non-private) landlord.
Co-signer: They must have a credit score above 700 and no evictions or housing related collections.
Deposit:
Applicants with a credit score above 680 will qualify for our discounted deposit of $200. Applicants with a score under 680 qualify for the the standard deposit equal to one month's rent.
