Tenant responsible for power. Water and Garbage Is calculated using a RUBS system ( by person usage) and We ask you help contribute to keeping the garbage and recycle contained to the shared bins.
This property has a one car maximum. A 2nd car if approved would need to park on the street. This leaves guest parking for all units.
