Criteria for approval is on a first come first served basis, if approved you have 24 hours to secure property with the security deposit amount and/or qualify for security deposit program, and the non-refundable move-in admin fee of $125.

Credit Score of 540 or higher

Make 2 times the monthly rental amount

No evictions in the last 3 years

No criminal convictions

No current bankruptcy, must be discharged

Have the following information in order to complete the application efficiently and timely so that you do not lose out on the opportunity.

List of the last 5 years of rental history, landlord, address, phone, and email

List of the last 5 years of employment history: Employer Name, address, telephone, email, fax number, and direct contact and/or verification source information

Last 4 pay stubs if paid by weekly, last 4 pay stubs if paid semi-monthly, last 8 pay stubs if paid weekly.
