Renting the 1889 Room includes the use of the men's and women's restrooms, kitchen area, and free parking in front or behind the building for the guest to utilize. There are two separate holding rooms in the back of the event space that could be used as a dressing area, play room during the event, or a storage room for your extra supplies.
