The cottage is warm and cozy in the winter with a gas heater in the living room, and cool and open in the summer. There is a small fenced in yard behind the house.
The property is about 30 min away from Los Alamos, Santa Fe and Taos. It is a peaceful area, part of gated compound with other homes and long-term neighbors.
