Pet friendly some breed restrictions apply w/20 lbs limit. Efficient gas heat makes these units even more affordable.
Tenants responsible for gas heat, electric and cable/internet. These utilities are paid for by the owner and billed back to each resident on their own personal online ledger. Tenants are also responsible for initial credit/criminal background report.
Units are rented on a month to month basis with 30 day notice.
