5. If self employed, documents for year-to-date income and past two years IRS 1040 are required.
6. The property owner will require tenants to carry renters insurance. Required documents - Last 3 pay stubs - last 3 bank statements - Last 3 yrs 1040's - a copy of ID/Driver's License.
