Our spacious 3-floor property ‘The Palmetto’, is ideal for groups of 10-12 guests (air mattresses can be made available upon request for additional guests) with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. Located just off of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!
Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, Palmetto features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 8 seats and cozy living room with high vaulted ceilings. Two of the five bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, with 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom on the ground level and one on the third level, each with a full bathroom. The fifth bedroom is in the form of a separately accessed studio suite at the rear of the property. The studio suite also features a kitchenette and a small sitting area. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat-screen Roku powered TV and King or Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.
Cannonborough/Elliotborough:
The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include the Coquin Petite Cafe, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to 132 Spring or Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.
