Interior of the home has been remodeled to feel as though you are in a cabin in the woods. Available to view Monday - Friday 9am -3pm (if needing a later time an appointment is required).
Rent is $2100.00 a month and Security Deposit starts at $4,200.00.
month-to-month lease and Renters Insurance required and due at time of signing.
Pets are accepted upon approval basis only with additional funds towards security deposit: $500 for 1st pet, $250 for additional pets.
When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted.
• Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent.
→ Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc.
• A minimum of two rental references is preferred.
• Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports.

We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications.
Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
