All-Inclusive: High-speed internet and all utilities (Water, Sewer, Gas, Electric, Garbage) are included in the monthly rent.
Open Layout: Spacious kitchen and airy living area with plenty of natural light. Pull-out living room couch and a Murphy bed for visiting guests.
Prime Location: Quiet and private, yet minutes from I-5 and the heart of the Rogue Valley.

Rental Details
Availability: Available starting August 1st for longer-term reservations.
Stay Duration: 30-night minimum rental.
Application Fee: $40 per adult applicant (non-refundable).
Move-in Costs: First month's rent and Security Deposit are required prior to occupancy.
Requirements
Income: Verifiable gross income must be at least 2x-3x the monthly rent.
Background: Criminal and eviction screening will be conducted.
Insurance: Renters insurance is required ($100,000 minimum liability).
Pets: Negotiable with an additional pet fee and refundable deposit.
Right to Appeal: Applicants have the right to dispute the accuracy of any information provided by a screening service and may appeal a negative determination.
