The dedicated laundry room, right off the kitchen (on the way out to the garage) comes complete with a washer/dryer, cabinet space and a counter for your folding needs.

The two-car garage offers lots of room for your car/cars and belongings. Lots of established trees and landscaping adorn the outside of the home. Additionally, the home features a large decked stand-up attic for even more storage.

This home is one block from the community pool tennis/ basketball courts. Short walk to Hafer Park adjoining the neighborhood.

Applicants should have clean rental history (no eviction action, whatsoever) and income of at least 3x monthly rent. Landlord checks credit and criminal history. $40 application fee per adult resident. Lease terms are a standard 12-month contract, unless agreed upon in advance.

Authorized pets welcome, with a $250 per pet (non-refundable) pet fee. Limit two; weight limit 60 lbs. Tenant is responsible for lawn care/flower beds and all utilities.
