At the north-end of the valley; a convenient drive to Pierce College, Valley College, LA Mission College, or CSUN! Close freeway access makes it easy to get to Simi Valley, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Burbank, etc.
## House Dynamic
The San Fernando Mission House hits that sweet spot: It's not a party house but it's not a library either! The tenants are working professionals in their 20s and 30s with a variety of jobs and interests, including music, food, and photography. Everyone here is friendly and communicative while still respecting each individual's space and boundaries. It's common for one of us to bring home a treat for all to enjoy or to look out for one another's Amazon packages.
Kindness, cooperation, and consideration are highly valued here. Common areas of the house are maintained for the enjoyment of all. There are 8 rooms total, but this big house always feels spacious. Early morning and night hours are respected as far as noise goes, as we all have different schedules.
## Parking
Parking is never a problem. Private driveway fits 3-4 cars, and is first-come first-serve. Plenty of street parking, too. And no parking restrictions = no parking tickets!!
## Furnishings
The house is furnished; your room is not.
## Eligibility
If you're interested in the room, I'll be running your background and credit. Credit scores below 600 need not apply. We need to see that you have a steady job, or financial aid, or some other reliable source of income. Co-Signers are welcome (they'll have to fill out an application and get a credit check, too). Beyond finances, we're also looking for someone who's a good personality-fit for our house, so bring your smiles and good vibes, and leave the stress and drama behind.
## House Rules
No pets. No drugs. Smoking and 420-friendly, but all smoking *must* stay outdoors. No parties. Guests are fine up to 7 times in a month; just be courteous to your roommates and neighbors.
