All current tenants are quiet, respectful and work outside of the home.

This room is available now. Some tenant screenings and a $1000 security deposit required. If serious in renting the owner will reimburse majority of the screening costs. Military preferred (the home is 5-7 min to the Fallbrook gate entering Camp Pendleton) but it is also very close to the high school and middle school. Trained pets only considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an extra deposit. Tenants are responsible for splitting utilities amongst themselves, but owner covers solar, HOA, quarterly pest control, landscaping and a portion of water costs to maintain landscaping. Lease is 1 year then converts to month-to-month.
