Each apartment includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, carpet, vinyl flooring, and extra closet space. Some units have a balcony or patio and a washer and dryer.



There are multiple shopping hubs within the area, including the Galleria at Sunset, which is one of the largest malls in Nevada with a neighboring Costco. The elementary school is within walking distance, with a middle school nearby.
