• $30 application fee for 1 household pet (pet must be screened and approved in advance)
• $25 per month pet rent
Additional monthly costs:
• $29/month resident benefit package (informational flyer attached)
• $10.95/month renters insurance if proof of policy not provided, required per lease.
• Water/sewer and electric are metered/based on use and you will be billed monthly from the provider All other utilities are extra. Trash is billed monthly via RUBS billing

3. Upload any necessary documents pertaining to the application (i.e. paystubs, bank statements, offer, letter, tax returns).
4. Complete pet screening / no pet disclosure required (free if you have no pets).
5. Pay holding deposit (25% 1 month’s rent).
Once you complete all the 5 steps, we’ll send you a holding deposit agreement to sign electronically.
