BACKGROUND CHECK(S):

- Proof of identity (valid/current Drivers License, government ID, or Passport).

- Credit score average of at least 630.

- Acceptable background check.

- Potentially disqualifying results: evictions or foreclosures- bankruptcy in the last 7 years- collections/judgements/liens- late, NSF, returned rent payments- felonies, sex-related, violent, or theft-related crimes- illegal possession of controlled substances.
