The house has views of Lookout, Elder, and Signal Mountains. It is 2 miles from Downtown Chattanooga! 3-5 minutes from UTC University and Erlanger and Parkridge medical centers. Bus stops nearby that run directly to UTC and central Chattanooga.
The house has a yard and ample parking. Quiet neighborhood with great housemates and neighbors. Nonsmoking. No overnight guests of the opposite sex, who are not family members.
