Location: At the end of the street is the Town Hall. Downstairs in it are the police and fire departments. Behind them is the town swimming pool. Across the parking lot from them is the post office. Next to that is a cafe. Down Main Street in one direction are shops, the library, the elementary school and a golf course. Keep going and youll get to Mt Washington. Up Main Street in the other direction are shops, Colonial Theater and another golf course. In that same direction are Littleton and the jobs there, and I-93.
The apartment is upstairs, has a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a. deck/balcony.
Common back yard where you can put your BBQ/hibachi.
Off-street parking area with designated spot for each apartment.
No dogs. Cats with per surcharge of $25/cat and lease addendum.
No smoking anything.
Process:
a. Please apply with landlords and employers names and email references for the last four years. The computer program will email landlords- I will email employers.
b. If those references clear, well schedule a viewing.
c. After the viewing, if you confirm you want to rent it, then you authorize the security check, which is $55.
d. If that clears, we schedule a time to meet, sign lease agreement, pay security deposit and first months rent, and receive keys.
