Hi! We’re two roommates (one man, one woman, both in our 30s) looking for a third person to share the upstairs space of our house. One roommate lives downstairs in the basement and works from home, while the upstairs would be shared between you and the other roommate.
About the space
- Private bedroom upstairs
- Shared full bathroom, living room, and dining room upstairs
- Kitchen + laundry shared among all three roommates
- Cats are already living upstairs, and there is a dog downstairs, so unfortunately there isn’t really room for additional pets.
- Plenty of space if you have extra living or dining room furniture you’d like to bring
About us:
We’re quiet, clean, and respectful. The upstairs roommate is usually out, and the downstairs roommate keeps to himself while working from home. The cats will be around but theyre chill. Overall, the house stays pretty calm.
Location:
Near Old Town Arvada, bus lines, and light rail. About 20 minutes to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to the mountains.
Rent & Terms:
- $950/month for the room
- Utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, & internet) average ~ $110 per person
- Flexible on lease length — great for a 3–6 month temporary stay, with the option to continue longer if it’s a good match.
