Our townhouse has 2 bedrooms upstairs -- 1 with a king bed and the other with a queen. A full bath is between the 2 bedrooms, and a half bath is off of the kitchen. The living and dining area is open concept. The galley kitchen is adjacent and amply equipped. In the cellar there is a storage and laundry room as well as a finished room for additional living and office space; it has a queen bed but is not a licensed bedroom. Because of the way it is situated, our home is typically bathed in light. The unit has a dedicated parking space only steps away from the back door, together with a small, but vibrant flower and herb garden that Petra maintains and a shared deck for relaxing, entertaining and grilling.

We believe that others will enjoy our townhouse, Marblehead and Boston's North Shore every bit as much as we do. Per our condo association's rules, stays at our home must be for 1 month or more.
