Landscaping, pest control and pool service are included in the monthly rental rate.

The owner would prefer no pets. One small, mature, housebroken dog under 30 lbs. may be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00. No cats, puppies(under 3yrs old), aggressive breeds, or fish tanks are permitted.
