• 1499 sq ft or less: $120 (1 hour)
• 1500 – 2499 sq ft: $180 (1.5 hours)
• 2500 – 3999 sq ft: $240 (2 hours)
• 4000 – 5999 sq ft: $300 (2.5 hours)
• 6000 sq ft or greater: $360 (3 hours)
