Santa Cruz (Buenas at 1240) – 44 units
Together, our communities offer 224 apartment homes designed for comfort and convenience.
We are committed to creating safe, clean, and welcoming living environments for all our residents. As new management, we are actively working to enhance our properties through repairs, renovations, and upgraded amenities. This includes preparing laundry facilities, addressing community needs, and reopening our pools next year.
Our mission is to restore these communities to their fullest potential while providing our residents with attentive service and a place they’re proud to call home.
