The Yolanda House is currently an **all-male house.** We keep the house a clean, safe environment, with a variety of creatives, students, and professionals, most ranging in age from 22 to 40. All orientations and predilections welcome. We're looking for great people to match our laid-back and communal atmosphere.

Very walkable neighborhood! Walk to Cal State Northridge (CSUN), Vons Grocery, The Habit, Chipotle, and everything else that's good on Reseda Blvd!
## House Rules
No pets. No drugs. Smoking outdoors is permitted, but non-smokers are preferred. No parties. Guests are fine, just be courteous to your roommates and neighbors.

- High Speed Internet with Wifi
- Shared communal goods (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc.)
