We do allow up to 2 pets with a refundable pet deposit, Pet Screening, and pet rent (see pet policy for more details).
Exotic and/or poisonous animals are not permitted. If you own a dog you must show proof of Renter's Insurance with general liability coverage and list Greater STL Rentals, LLC as additional insured. Pets must be spayed/neutered. Vicious dog breeds or dogs with a vicious history are not permitted. Dogs with a mixture of vicious breeds may be restricted. (Vicious dog breeds NOT permitted Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Presa Canario).
