All of the homes feature 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a split floorplan. This community is conveniently located off of Boy Scout Road right next to Washington. The units are quite spacious with a total of 1056 square feet. All units also come with a patio space with a private outdoor storage closet. Other features of these units include a washer/dryer unit available onsite for your convenience, and a dining area. This property does not allow pets. Water and trash are included in the rent. A non-refundable reservation fee and a $200 lease processing fee will be due upon approval. A monthly fee of $55 for the Resident Benefits Package will also apply.
